AOA (HFAP) Notice
Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) of the American Osteopathic Association conduct unannounced accreditation surveys of Hillsdale Community Health Center to determine compliance with standards established on a national basis. Accreditation is awarded based on survey results.
