The Joint Commission / AOA Notice

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (The Joint Commission) and the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) of the American Osteopathic Association conduct unannounced accreditation surveys of Hillsdale Community Health Center to determine compliance with standards established on a national basis.  Accreditation is awarded based on survey results.
